QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE
We manage quality through defined inspection procedures and traceability from raw material to finished product. We review the quality documents and certifications of standard machine components. For custom manufacturing, we retain material and inspection records and prepare reports linked to serial or batch numbers. The inspection and acceptance scope is agreed according to project requirements.
We regularly review production processes, suppliers and subcontractors. Our quality assurance system is also subject to on-site audits by independent, accredited inspection organisations. These activities support conformity and continuous improvement; they do not eliminate every possible risk.
MEASUREMENT AND REPORTING
We use coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other measurement equipment to inspect parts against drawing requirements. Our quality team checks and documents custom production, including work performed by subcontractors. Equipment for dimensional inspection, surface roughness, hardness and chemical analysis is calibrated periodically and its accuracy is monitored. Destructive testing (DT) and non-destructive testing (NDT) are performed in our laboratory or by external providers according to the test method and project requirements. Results are documented and shared in the agreed inspection reports.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We conduct periodic internal audits alongside audits by independent, accredited organisations to assess the effectiveness of our quality system. Our team participates in managing non-conformities, near misses and preventive actions. Planned and additional training keeps employees and subcontractors informed of current requirements, and we evaluate the effectiveness of these activities.
